Elements are taken from the American mobile home to create a model for collective living that is efficient and adaptable while also providing autonomy to the user. The design considers the lifestyles of Americans across a large country where people regularly move between states.

Each private module can be purchased individually and then connected to shared cores across various cities removing the need for purchasing an entire single family home and associated land costs. This opens the gates to more people owning their own living spaces rather than fully renting and increases affordability and options for people of many different socioeconomic backgrounds.
